Arrival of the G5, our Latest Rockwell Design

This morning was the arrival of our latest Rockwell design the G5. As well as the direct drive system we are also developing a range of gear box Rockwheels, the gear box design was originally used in 1995 but moved across to the Direct Drive system in 2000. The gear box has now been reintroduced as it now has a number of new features over the original design.

– A number of hydraulic features are now incorporated within the assembly.

– The gear box has the option of two motors.

– The width across the drums has been reduced significantly.

– There is a reduction through the Gear Box to reduce the output torque.
