PWDR Stand down Day 13th March 2020
March 24, 2020
Safety stand down days are a great opportunity for construction companies to focus their staff about safety on site. A stand down day also enables staff to see new innovations that contribute to safer working and support a better environment for those working on site or living close to a site where work is going on.
This week we were thrilled to get involved in the stand down day hosted by Costain at the Preston Western Distributor Roadworks compound displaying our new breaker. The Rockhit breaker includes a system to reduce harmful vibration to the operator and offers more tolerable noise emissions.
Webster Technologies stand showcased our new ROCKHIT which also featured the new chain guard to reduce harmful flying debris produced during the breaking process.
Indoors the dig simulator supplied by P Flannery Plant Hire drew in the crowds while the video footage of the Rockhit generated interest in the new concept and questions about its high energy low frequency operation.
